I am an experienced management consultant who has spent over 20 years in C-level executive roles within the finance industry. For the last eight years I have been Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer of a subsidiary of an international private bank. In this role I managed and led a variety of teams involved in banking operations and client service delivery, business change, operational risk management, credit and lending services, compliance, IT, operational tax and facilities.
I help organisations operationalize their vision and strategy, or to put it another way, I help organisations bridge the gap between their strategy and execution. I also assist organisations create momentum around their strategic initiatives to help them grow their business and/or improve their risk management.
Prior to my role as COO and CRO, I held various positions as a qualified accountant. I gained valuable knowledge, skills and experience in strategy, business analysis, project management, change management, assurance, risk management, technology, financial analysis, taxation, management and leadership.
